T.J. is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Commissioner for Oaths, and a forward-thinking, commercially minded advocate who leads Airo Associates Advocates LLP's Innovation, Startup Advisory & Dispute Resolution practice. With over six years of experience, he advises startups, entrepreneurs and growing businesses on legal strategies that foster innovation, growth and long-term sustainability.
His practice focuses on startup advisory, business structuring, regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, investment readiness and intellectual property. He has successfully recovered over KES 600 million in debt for corporate and private clients. T.J. serves as a Committee Member and Co-Convener of the Law Society of Kenya's ICT & Intellectual Property Liaison Committee.
